Cakes and Cupcakes
Baby Boy Cake
I have had several requests for this cake. It's cute. it's fun, it adds to the party decor.
(South Park fans may find the humor at the thought of cutting up and serving this particular Kenny Cake)
Rattle Cupcakes
Insert a lollipop into the side of a cupcake. Decorate the cupcake anyway you'd like, even just a plain solid color. Add a bow to the handle. Simple Easy.
Pacifier Cupcakes
Frost cupcakes 3/4 flesh tone and 1/4 blue or pink.
Decorate with fondant eyes and nose and add a pacifier.
Baby Carriage Cupcakes
I piped pastel buttercream frosting into carriage shape. It kind of looks like a Pac Man shape before you add the wheels. Wheels are banana chips.

Baby Bassinet Fruit Tray
Cut watermelon in half but only 2/3 of the way down length wise. Scoop out all of the watermelon and use as a separate treat. I used an orange as the baby decorated with a pacifier I cut the nipple off, eyes, nose, hands and blanket are made of fondant. Add mixed fruit both inside and outside the bassinet and ribbon to add a little more color.
Blue Punch Bowl
Punch is made with Blue Hawaiian Punch, Sprite and Vanilla Ice Cream. I wired together lemon slices to create the lily pad and added a frog I got from the dollar store. You could use rubber ducks instead of the frog.
Add Rubber Toys to your other food dishes to make a fun cohesive display
Games
The No No Game
Every new parent will soon learn that kids don't like the word NO. Parents learn to say No without actually using that word. It's time to practice.
Give all your guests a Diaper Pin at the beginning of your party. From that point on Guests can not say the word NO. (Decide at the beginning whether or not KNOW counts) If caught saying the word No, whoever catches them gets to steal their diaper pin. Whoever has the most pins at the end of the party wins.
Baby Items in the Bag
Put at least ten common, the more the better, useful baby items inside a diaper bag; a bib, teething ring, rattle, bottle and diaper are just a few goodies that are also fairly inexpensive. (Hit the dollar store) Give each guest a pen and paper to be set aside. Pull out all of the items in the bag one at a time. After all have been shown return them to the bag. Guests must write down what was in the bag. Whoever has the most right answers wins a prize and the new mom gets the diaper bag and goodies.
Guess the Baby Food
If you've ever thought that baby food in jars looks less like the 'peas' or 'carrots' more like miscellaneous mush, this is the game for you. Gather seven to ten unique flavors of baby food jars, number each lid and tear off the labels. Ask each guest to grab a spoon and start sampling! The guest with the keenest taste buds wins a prize for getting the most correct.
Alternative is to do play the game by just looking at the jars.
